on a positive note, the cost of the urinalysis and UPT test was better than having it done at my vets office. Having said that it was a frustrating process. I called on more than one occasion to speak to someone with questions and was unable to talk to anyone left messages as well as emails with follow up taking 24 hours …The specimens were received on a Thursday morning and I did not receive the results until the following Tuesday. That just seems to be long time.
