Refund policy

On the rare occasion that we arrive at your appointment and you are not there, we will try to contact you multiple times and wait for 10 to 15 mins after the designated time frame, but after that time, we will have to consider it a no show. 

Our no-show policy is that we will reach out 24 to 48 hours after the appointment and will see if you can reschedule or would like to receive a 45% refund. It is not a full refund because we have to pay our team of technicians for the drive and the time they spent waiting.
