Monitoring your pet’s diabetes just got easier.
Treating feline diabetes can be a challenge. Injections and blood tests can be expensive, time consuming, and stressful for you and your cat. Because of these difficulties, few diabetic cats receive the treatment and follow up care they desperately need. We’re committed to making your cat's routine blood monitoring more affordable and convenient with our Diabetes Tracker test panel.
Our Diabetes Disease Tracker test panels are carefully designed by our team of veterinarians and experts to precisely target and track your cat’s blood sugar levels over an extended period of time. These tests are more convenient and give a better assessment of your pet's glycemic control without the interference of stress hyperglycemia, anemia, and other conditions.

Fructosamine Diabetes Tracker
Fructosamine is a common blood test that measures your dog or cat’s approximate blood glucose values the previous 14 to 21 days. This is currently the most widely used and accepted clinical blood glucose monitoring test. Most diabetic cats should have their fructosamine levels performed every one to two months to ensure proper insulin dosage and glycemic control.
a1C - 90-day Diabetes Tracker
This test provides you with an assessment of your pet’s glucose control for the past 70 days in cats and 110 days in dogs. For most diabetic pets, testing a1C every 3 months is the most precise way to know if the insulin dosage is appropriate and if blood glucose is remaining safe. Ask your veterinarian if a1C testing is appropriate for your pet's diabetic monitoring.
This test is also an excellent early detection panel for cats genetically predisposed to diabetes such as Burmese and Siamese cats.
