Urine Protein Creatinine Ratio (UPC) Test
Basic kidney disease screening and monitoring from your home.
Urine Protein to Creatinine Ratio (UPC) has become the gold standard urine protein test used to screen and monitor chronic kidney disease (CKD) in dogs and cats.1
Regular at-home UPC tests should be performed on any dog or cat with a trace or higher urine protein dipstick test, a positive sulfosalicylic acid (SSA) precipitation test, or previous diagnosis with CKD.
Our At-Home Kidney Disease Screening and Monitoring test includes:
- Measurement of urine microprotein and creatinine by automated analyzer
- Calculation of urine to protein creatinine ratio (UPC)
Veterinarian-trusted urine tests any time you need.
This is an Add-on Test available only with another In-Home blood test appointment.
